We are able to ship goods to all areas of the UK.  We also ship the The Channel Islands, The Republic of Irelan and to Europe.  For international deliveries please contact us via email to be able to assist you further.

Shipping costs

Shipping & Packaging is charged on weight.  You do not need to worry about any excess delivery charges as our systems automatically calculates the cheapest possible delivery charge base on weight.

Shipping details

We are able to despatch all orders placed on the same day if ordered by 9.00am or the very next business working day (excluding Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays). Therefore, orders placed after 12pm on a Thurdsday for next day delivery will be dispatched on Friday to be delivered on the following Monday.  Orders placed on Friday after 12pm for a next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. 

We currently use Royal Mail & Parcel Force as our logisitics partners, Every delivery dependant on item weight during the checkout process. We do recommed to select a delivery schedule from the list during checkout process enabling you not to pay anymore than you need to.  Once orders are placed your delivery schedule will be validated and confirmed to you via email. 

Royal Mail & ParcelForce aim to deliver within the following timescales:

1st class Royal Mail - Within Three working days. (95% next day delivery rate)
2nd class Royal Mail - Within Five working days (95% 2nd day delivery rate)
ParcelForce - Next Working Day (99% confirmed delivery rate)

If any items are returned to us as a result of non delivery we will refund the price of goods less a  a £15.00 admin charge (which includes postage, packing and operational charges.) This admin is applied to cover the cost of any excess charges that we as a company would have to incure as result of customer either providing us enough information whilst placing their order, or even customer not picking items up from the dedicated depots, if they are not available at the time of delivery.

If it becomes apparent that your goods have been lost in the post, we will re-send your items at no additional charge after confirming the loss with Royal Mail. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for confirmation from Royal Mail.
